CVI measures a channel’s core metrics — subscribers, views, likes, comments, and posting frequency — and rolls them into a single transparent score. Every score is exportable (CSV/PDF) with real URLs for proof. Do plans expire?

No. Plans never expire. Once you unlock accounts, they stay available until you use them — analyze on your own schedule.

What platforms do you work with?

We currently work with Instagram, Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X, and BlueSky. Should new platforms open to the public, we will add them in.

What is the difference between CVI and CQI?

CVI (Creator Value Index) measures engagement, consistency, and reach — the "what." CQI (Comment Quality Index) analyzes sentiment from real comments — the "why." Together they provide full clarity with receipts.

What is CPE and why does it matter?

CPE (Cost Per Engagement) shows the true cost of each audience interaction (like, comment, share, save). A creator with 150K followers and 8% engagement might have better CPE ($1.96) than a mega-influencer with 2M followers and 1.2% engagement ($4.20). CVI calculates CPE for every creator so you can compare ROI, not just follower counts.

Can I mix accounts from different platforms?

Yes. We analyze accounts on all supported platforms under the same plan — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Reels, X, Facebook, and more.

What happens when my plan runs out?

You can restart the same plan anytime, or upgrade to a higher tier for more accounts. Nothing disappears until you use it.

How long does analysis take?

It depends on how many creators you analyze:

  • 10 creators: ~10 minutes
  • 100 creators: ~90 minutes
  • 500 creators: ~6 hours

Are the ratings unbiased?

If something goes wrong, contact support. Refunds are handled case by case to ensure fairness and transparency. Please note: unused account analyses in a plan cannot be prorated or partially refunded.
